I’ve stayed many times at this hotel and I’m never disappointed. Clean spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly helpful efficient staff.

This independent hotel has been refurbished and offers a great base for visiting Chateau de Chambord and the central Loire Valley. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and air conditioned. Free parking on site and even the option of an EV charger (7KwH). I would also recommend for a stop over too. The level of serve was a rare treat too. Light menu is also available in the evening too.

The staff were amazing. Nothing too much and very friendly. The dinner and breakfast were phenomenal! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good breakfast - the fruit salad was out of this world. And the terrace and garden were lovely for relaxing and eating in. Thank you so much!

Bravo! Delightful stay at the Clos Elisa. Comfortable, immaculate, spacious room, smartly decorated in the style of the Loire. A gracious host who served a delicious home made breakfast and was a pleasure to deal with. The pool and spa were immaculate and a lovely way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Merci millefois Clos Elisa

Brilliant hotel, with wonderful rooms and incredible staff. You must eat in the restaurant- the food in the evenings is incredible, we were amazed at how good it was. This is truly a gem of a hotel, if you are in the area stay here, you will not find a better hotel,

We absolutely loved our overnight stay at La Ferme de Marpalu. It was just perfect. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. The room was beautiful with everything we needed. Breakfast was a treat with the best croissants we had in our whole two weeks in France. A perfect end to our stay. We would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful and historic, with just enough quirkiness to leave long lasting impression. Breakfast selection of Abbey produced and supplied cheeses, ham, eggs, yoghurt, jams, chutneys and other wonders, mean get down early and stay for hours.Late evening service too close to careless to be entirely forgiven . Beaugency a great location for touring the Loir valley with plenty of quality restaurants.

Welcoming and convenient

Hotel is excellent; has off road parking and two large sitting areas, one interior and one exterior. Owners were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us; very friendly. Sadly, there was only one other person there and this was in the middle of August. We just loved the multi coloured rooms: very different and refreshing. Downside was the prices on the menu and the huge prices for wine. I travel extensively through France and found their prices excessive. Having said that they offer a wide range...

Lovely place, clean and tidy and the evening meal was fabulous.

Stunning property in a quiet location away from the noise. Very tastefully decorated. Stayed for one night in the summer as a stop over before Le Mans race. Really nice dinner, staff very attentive. Plan on staying again next year.

Great location for a walk into the town. Helpful and polite staff. Huge room which separated into 2 was ideal for our family

From the location, just off the ring road roundabout, you would not think of this hotel - and what a treat you would miss. Stepping back in time, a gracious age, soft lighting and yet modern convenience. A lovely, spacious room with style and fun. Lovely staff, so helpful and friendly. A treat to find, a joy to stay.

Swift check in, Guy at reception was mega helpful as we urgently needed fuel to finish our journey the next day, location was perfect for a transit stop

This was an excellent place, beautifully situated, generous and comfortable bedroom, lovely staff, a wonderful breakfast. We arrived very late at night, the hotel had made arrangements for us and there was no difficulty on arrival. Greatly appreciated.
