"This Hotel is only a year old and is immaculately maintained by an efficient cleaning staff. The beds are good for getting solid sleep and the showers hot with plenty of water. Breakfast was more than sufficient with wonderful Cupaccino, Espresso, ans Americana style coffees made a cup at a time."

"We stayed in the hotel room for a family. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We swam in the pool which was clean and well looked after. We ate at the restaurant onsite which had delicious pizza 🍕 and GF options for us. The view as the sunset with outdoor dining was spectacular and we could easily have stayed another day and night. "Very beautiful place in the middle of a small, warm, green village. We had the privilege of experiencing the autumn festival and the chestnut harvest. The room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool and the terrace offer a pleasant complement. Breakfast was perfect. A few kilometers by car from the mountains and attractions of Ascoli Piceno and Castelluccio di Norcia. "

"Staff completely non present and facilities either only reserved for events (the terrace/main area), under construction (the swimming pool) or closed at the weekend (the wine tasting hall). Also we asked about late check out and to book a wine tasting (both for the monday) and we didn't get any feedback on it until they saw us loading the luggages in the car."
