We stayed less than 12 hours but the staff was beyond accommodating and helpful. We had a very late arrival and an early request for the airport. They arranged a car, coffee, etc.

The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage until check-in time. They also gave great advice on site seeing - great for us first timers. So much to do so close by - wonderful experience!

Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.
