This villa offers 5 bedrooms and can host up to 10+2 (kids under 12 years) guests. The highlight of villa Elvis, is the shaded balcony, just above the garden area with swimming pool, overlooking the magnificent natural surroundings. Guests are privileged to pick up vegetables from the owners' big pride: mini eco- garden. On guests' request owners can arrange boat ride to search numerous local bays and coves. The interior of the house is spread over 3 floors with one entrance from the ground floor ( 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room), outside stairs leading to the first floor ( 1 bedroom, spacious living room with modern kitchen, bathroom) and indoor stairs leading to the second floor (2 sleeping room and bathroom). The 420 sq meters of the surrounding area is fenced for your privacy and security and your pet will be very thankful for choosing this house! Children will appreciate playground with swings. House is located in peaceful village Kujići, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Yet, the cultural and historical center of the region, town Pula is reachable within 15 minutes drive. Here, you can enjoy visits to the interesting monuments and sites testifying turbulent history of the region. Morning visit to the Pula green market in the shade of the chestnut trees is one of the good choices. Gleichzeitig bieten der große Essbereich auf der Terrasse und die Logia genug Platz für gemeinsames Essen und Spielen. Der Pool war vor allem für die Kinder sehr attraktiv. Die Eigentümer wohnen in einem Anbau und waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Frau Berkaric spricht gut Deutsch und hat uns an einem Abend mit einem sehr reichhaltigen Abendessen mit Grillgemüse, Bergen von Fleisch, Pasta , Salat und Palatschinken verwöhnt. Man erreicht wunderschöne Strände nach allen Richtungen in ca 20 - 30 Minuten. Das Meer ist kristallklar und richtig warm. Alles in allem: Gute Voraussetzungen für einen Traumurlaub! ##### Ulrich F. Als Familie mit 9 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern war die Villa perfekt. Durch die vorhandenen 2 Terrassen und den Pool konnte man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen. Die Wohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Preis/ Leistung passt. Die Villa liegt im Dorf Kujici, ein ruhiges Dorf, wo auch mal ein Hahn kräht oder ein Hund bellt. Ein Geschäft gibt es in Kujici nicht, aber in Pula gibt es viele Supermärkte. Wo Kujici liegt erkennt man am besten in Google maps. Wir können Kroatien Urlaubern die Villa Elvis der Familie Berkaric empfehlen, uns hat es dort sehr, sehr gefallen. Familie Berkaric wird uns als freundliche, höfliche, stets hilfsbereite Familie in Erinnerung bleiben und wünschen ihnen alles gute und ein Dankeschön.
