This fantastic villa close to the beach features 4 bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a TV. Guests can have fun with table tennis, foosball, or darts, and enjoy a relaxing spa experience with the jacuzzi and sauna. The first floor hosts an inviting living area that opens to the outdoor space, a fully outfitted kitchen with a dining area, and a cozy double bedroom complete with a TV and bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find 3 more comfortable double bedrooms, each with a TV, private bathroom, and terrace access. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and is entirely air-conditioned. The exterior includes a lovely private pool with a waterfall, stylish garden furniture, a covered dining terrace, sun loungers, and sunshades. Enjoy memorable summer evenings using the barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. The secure property provides 2 private parking spots. Youth groups are not permitted unless specifically requested.
