It spreads on 200 m2 and was built in 1911 but completely refurbished in 2012 and 2013\. The house is suitable for up to 6 people who above all cherish privacy and peace and those who like rustic ambiance. The facility is completely built of stone with walls that are more than 70 cm thick and it offers pleasant staying during hot summer months. The upper floor consists of a master room with a terrace and two other stylishly furnished bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a completely furnished kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. The front of the house boasts with a spacious terrace with a stone table and vine of Istrian Malvazija that gives thick shade. Villa Ane is surrounded with over 4000 m2 of front and backyard that include stables, another spacious terrace covered with 100-year old beams, a large stone barbecue, outdoor solar shower, outdoor WC, large grassy front yard with an XXL trampoline and a covered parking space. The exterior consists of typical Mediterranean plants, olive trees, lavender and orchards. The property is entirely fenced with stone walls so it offers complete privacy to our guests that search for peaceful holidays. Die Gastgeber waren stets bei Fragen erreichbar. Der Pool war traumhaft und man konnte fast immer ein schattiges Plätzchen finden. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig, was uns nicht gestört hat. Die Klimaanlagen haben prima funktioniert. Einzig den Standabschnitt haben wir nicht genutzt weil der Weg zum Meer mit Kleinkind und Oma etwas zu steinig war und auch die Bar war noch nicht geöffnet. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, der Garten ist groß und hat viele schöne Plätze zum Entspannen und Entdecken. Jeder hatte die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen. Der Grillplatz ist überdacht, so dass wir selbst bei Regen Grillen konnten. Der Pool ist klein, aber fein mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten drum herum. Wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Um ans Meer zu kommen benötigt man ein Auto. Das Grundstück am Meer hat leider keinen direkten Zugang zum Wasser. Wer aber gerne Zeit am Strand verbringt hat hier einen ruhigen Platz mit Sonne und Schatten, sowie genügend Liegemöglichkeiten. Direkt nebenan ist eine Fischlokal, welches wir jedoch nicht getestet haben. Noch ein Hinweis zur Umgebung: Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man das Notwendigste bekommt und zwei Lokale (eine Konoba ca. 800 m und eine Pizzeria ca. 1.000 m vom Haus entfernt). Für einen richtigen Einkauf muss man nach Pula fahren. Dort hat man dann aber eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten. ##### Brigitte P. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde mit Liebe zum Detail und schönen Materialien eingerichtet. Die Küche und die Schlafzimmer sind wirklich gemütlich. Wer Wert auf deutsches Fernsehen legt, kommt dank Satelliten-TV auf seine Kosten. Der Garten ist wunderschön - groß, vielfältig und mit mehreren beschatteten Sitzgruppen. Zum Abkühlen und Entspannen reicht der kleine Pool allemal. Auch unsere Kindern (9 und knapp 12) haben ihn oft und ausgiebig genutzt. Melani und Toni sind wirklich liebenswürdige, hilfsbereite und im besten Sinne des Wortes sehr bemühte Gastgeber. Für Leute mit Auto, die nicht zu Fuß zum Meer kommen wollen, ist das Haus fast uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko (was nicht an der Unterkunft selbst liegt): Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt mit einer vernünftigen Auswahl sind es ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Am Ortseingang Pula gibt es Lidl, Kaufland und große Läden der örtlichen Supermarkt-Ketten Plodine und Konzum. ##### Jens D. We hebben genoten. Wat een geweldige plek om tot rust te komen. Het huis is prachtig en ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De tuin is ontzettend groot en mooi, wat een luxe. Het geluid van de krekels is gaaf. De zee is vlakbij. Wij houden niet van veel toerisme maar mocht je daar wel van houden, houd er dan rekening mee dat je even onderweg bent voordat je de drukte hebt bereikt. ##### Elise J. Die Wohnküche hat zum verweilen eingeladen an den kälteren Abenden. Im Garten waren an den warmen Abenden schöne Möglichkeiten zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen. Das Highlight war für unser 4 jähriges Kind der Pool welcher selbst ohne Sonne in vollen Zügen genutzt wurde. Wir würden uns immer wieder für dieses Ferienhaus entscheiden. ##### Denis G. Um das Haus befindet sich ein großes Grundstück mit Pool und viel zu entdecken! Das Grundstück an der Küste ist schön und ins Wasser braucht man nur wenige Minuten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und man kann sich auf deutsch/englisch sehr gut verständigen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen! :) ##### Dennis F. Melani und Toni sind sehr engagiert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück am Haus ist weitläufig und hat alles was man braucht oder gute Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Das zweite Grundstück am Meer (wenige Autominuten) ist Gold wert. Von dort aus konnten wir Luca-Beach in etwa 10 Gehminuten erreichen. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, waren die in der Nacht dann doch etwas störenden Geräusche beim Laufen (Holzdielen) und der etwas eigene Geruch der Bäder/Toiletten/Abflüsse. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben rustikal - aber das weiß man vorher ja. Ausgestattet ist es mit allen Dingen die man benötigt. In Summe ein gelungener Urlaub ##### Dennis S. Die Unterkunft "Villa Ane" hat uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Istrien ermöglicht: Das gesamte Haus und der wunderschöne Garten sind mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet worden, dass man sich hier einfach nur wohlfühlen kann! Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und wir haben nichts Negatives auszusetzen.
