In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 13 km, rocky beach 11 km. Marina 16 km.
    3-room terraced house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Dining room with air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 french bed and air conditioning. No heating option. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed.
