### Holiday home in an Istrian village and a quiet location

The holiday home, renovated in 2018, is a terraced house and is furnished in a rustic, typical regional style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular due to the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.  
  
**Location**  
Mali Vareški. The holiday house is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed property with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Stone house. The house is located in a small Istrian village. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal), stove in each room (wood/coal). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

 **Upper floor**: **Bedroom** with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (10 sqm). **Bedroom** with 2 single beds and access to the balcony (16 sqm). **Separate WC** with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
