The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is particularly suitable for a relaxing family vacation as it has a children's playground. Spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones in this beautiful villa in Istria! The villa consists of two floors, but only the first floor is rented out, while the second floor is closed. The interior of the villa is bright with soft tones. All rooms are located on the first floor, which consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower, and an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a modern tavern with fireplace, dining table and benches, perfect for family meals. The living area has direct access to the outdoor area with pool and terrace. The beautiful pool also has a Jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. There is also a covered, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area for 8 people and views of the pool area. The terrace is the perfect place to play a game of table tennis. You and your children will be amazed by the well-equipped children's playground located next to the house. The playground has a large slide suitable for younger children, while the older ones can play soccer or basketball. Wir haben die Villa Mattuzzi im Oktober gebucht. Unser Highlight war ganz klar der tolle Aussenbereich - hier gibt es nichts zu verbessern, er war einfach perfekt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Vermieter immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in Pula. Der Pool und das Poolhaus sind der einfach nur ein Traum. Die schöne Stadt Pula und auch die umliegenden Strände sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Für zwei Eltern mit drei Kindern ist die Villa Mattuzzi absolut empfehlenswert und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Die Abwicklung über myistria war unkompliziert und ohne Probleme.
