This beautiful new Villa Franka with private pool is ideal for a relaxed vacation for couples or a family with kids.
Villa Franka is suitable for 4-6 persons and has a living area of 100 sqm. Villa is located very close to the plaza (500m) and close to the sea (3 km). You’ll love the place because of the ambiance and the location. Free Wi-Fi is available, sat tv, outside terrace and barbecue.
It consists of a large living space with modern kitchen with appliances, dining table for 6 persons and living area, two bathrooms, one separate toilet with washing maschine, two two-persons bedrooms wih double bed and air-conditions.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric hobs, dishwasher, toaster, coffe maker, kettle. Swiming pool 8m x 3,5m.
Supermarket and a restaurants are located within 500 meters on the plaza.
Krnica is a small town located on the southeast coast of Istria and 20 km from Pula. The location and its surroundings is suitable for summer tourism as for rural tourism, hiking and hunting. Krnica offers a beautiful countryside, the sea, the sun and the quiet because is away from the crowded seaside resorts
