Appear to be pretty new. Rooms well decorated and clean. Fine dining restaurant was very pleasant. Staff welcoming. Signage outside could be better - no valet parking yet and not terribly obvious where you have to go.

Friendly staff, super clean and comfortable.

Used hotel as an overnight stop on way to Virginia Beach after arriving at Dulles Airport. No other reason for stay other than it was en route. Looks a very new hotel on a new development site. Room was a good size, good air conditioning and a lovely bed. Breakfast was $11 and was buffet style. Basic offering but chef available to cook omelettes, etc. which made it worthwhile. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean and spacious room. Parking easy - though not free.

All of the above, the staff s where very helpful

Excellent service from gentleman on the front desk. Very welcoming and explained where everything was and how it worked.

Booked two rooms: in one of them was no coffee machine and in another it was broken

Clean room, comfy bed, great TV. Would have liked coffee making in the room but there was free coffee in reception. Room had a microwave and fridge. Pool nice as well.

Looks like a safe area and plenty of parking around the hotel. Breakfast was great, good quality options and plenty of tables. I was there mid week but I'm guessing that it gets much busier at the weekend. Nice location for an overnight stop
