"First of all I want to say thanks to Rob for the privilege of allowing us to rent this great place. Booking and communication was quick and easy. Vicky who arranged check in and out was really helpful. The property itself is clean, well maintained and exactly as described. The grounds were beautiful, with lovely views and also very well kept. "There was an unpleasant smell on arrival. The beds were a little scruffy! The bedding had holes and the towels didn’t smell very fresh. The door latches are dodgy and one of our family members got stuck in the toilet and had to climb out through a small window. The crockery is limited and very chipped. Some Was dirty on arrival and we had to wash everything. The location was good but we did not see the advertised pool anywhere (although it rained all Week so would not have been required for us)....
