  • Welcome to this exceptional, fully equipped studio, situated in the Romana Playa holiday complex, a secure development in Marbella. From the flat, you can enjoy beautiful sea views, and its south-facing position guarantees sunshine all day long — the perfect place to relax, right next to the beach. The flat is on the first floor, directly above the swimming pool, offering comfort and easy access to the relaxation area. Guests have access to free parking, Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout their stay.

    The bright and spacious living room features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed with a reclining function. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an induction hob, a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), a toaster, an electric kettle and all the necessary kitchenware.
    The sunny terrace has an outdoor dining set and an electric awning, providing shade and comfort on the hottest days. A washing machine is also available, and clean bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
