Ideally situated between the charm of Marbella’s Old Town and the glamour of Puerto Banús, guests can stroll along the beachfront promenade to reach renowned restaurants, boutique shops, and iconic destinations such as the Puente Romano Hotel and its Michelin-starred dining. Everything is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. A unique property with classic Andalusian charm and all the comforts of a modern home, Villa Elena was completely renovated in early 2023\. Updates include a brand-new contemporary kitchen, an additional ground floor bedroom, completely refurbished bathrooms, and thoughtful touches throughout that elevate the home’s comfort and luxury while preserving its family-friendly appeal. The location is excellent with a 2 minute walk to the beach, and 10 – 15 minutes walk into Marbella town. Our host Ricky was excellent and very responsive at all times. One of the shutters in an upstairs bedroom got stuck, but Ricky got the fixed for us within 24 hours.
