  • The Space:

    Superb 2 bedroom apartment with large southwest facing terrace in Romana Playa, Elviria. The complex offers direct access to the beach and has several pools, play areas for children (with Fusbal, table tennis, wifi zone and playground) and a gymnasium with competitive rates (Romana Gym).



    The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious terrace. The property has wifi, air conditioning and comes fully equipped for spending a relaxing holidays.



    You will find several restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance from the location. A car is therefore not really necessary to move around but it can still come in handy if you would like to make day trips.



    The Neighborhood:

    Elviria is a great family area with many top class facilities. It has the best beaches of Marbella and some top golf courses. Also it is home to the famous Nikki beach club and the five star hotels Don Carlos and Estrella del Mar.

Apartamento cómodo y agradable

El apartamento estaba bien, La zona agradable. la urbanización con poca gente. Helio que fue la persona que nos recibió fue muy agradable y eficiente. Anunciaban wifi que no tenía al llegar, tardaron 2 dias en traerlo. No tenia microndas, ni cafetera, ni secador que nos llevaron el primer dia. No tenía plancha (no la necesitamos). El aire acondicionado de uno de los dormitorios perdía agua. Faltaba algo de menaje, algún vaso taza o plato de mas.
