Was okay for the price. Room was simple, bed not very comfortable but okay. The problem there was that it was extremely loud. Directly on the street and you could hear every car driving by. There was a small balcony. Bathroom was small but okay. The check in was very easy and we got the code around 14:00. Parking close by at the hotel. 30€ per day, we contacted them 2-3 weeks before checking in and they said price for parking 32€ although in their description says “hotel with parking 15€”, you have to book very early that you get a good price. I didn’t saw any parking around the hotel, i dont know why they sell it as “Hotel with parking”.

I loved this place. Clean, good space and close to everything. They do not have a recepción however there WhatsApp is available 24 hours and they answer very quick at any time. I would stay here again.

The title of the property includes WITH PARKING. This a completely untrue. They don't have any parking available at all! They simply booked me in to a paid (and expensive) public parking garage. (It was relatively near the hotel, but that is not the point.) The room was fine and the location is good.

Horrible, home for homeless… I don't care what room you booked! There's no elevator! The stairs are terribly narrow, you can hear everything as if someone was entering your room and not the next one, the response to messages is slow, you can't leave your suitcase or you have to pay for it.

The property is well positioned for The Old Town and the beach. The ground floor room was clean and spacious. It did have three single beds though, when I had specifically booked a deluxe double room(expecting a double bed). The small communal kitchen area with fridge and microwave was good too. So, all in all it was very good value. One complaint though: At 7am on my leaving date there was no hot water for a shower.

Nuestra experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. El alojamiento no se correspondía en absoluto con las imágenes publicadas. El edificio era otro distinto, la terraza que aparecía en las fotos no existía, y la entrada no tenía nada que ver (en lugar de un espacio bonito había taquillas para maletas). La zona de café también era completamente diferente. La habitación dejaba bastante que desear: los azulejos de la ducha estaban amarillentos, la puerta era como de interior y se escuchaban todas las voces y ruidos del pasillo, lo que hacía muy difícil descansar. Lo comunicamos la misma noche tanto a través de la plataforma como directamente al hotel y no obtuvimos ninguna solución ni respuesta adecuada. En resumen, una experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado y que no refleja lo que se anuncia. No lo recomiendo que se alojen allí.

Das Einchecken passiert alles online. Man muss genau in seine Buchungsunterlagen gucken, dann findet man alles. Für das Parken muss man sich ein bisschen umsehen. Das ist nicht ganz so einfach. Zumindest wenn man es kostenfrei haben möchte. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Leider hatte ich relativ laute Nachbarn, welche meinen Schlaf etwas gestört haben. Die Dachterrasse war verschlossen, auch der Bereich zu Kaffee und Tee. Vielleicht habe ich es aber auch zur falschen Zeit versucht. Das Auschecken war komplikationslos. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für Marbella sehr gut. Ich würde wieder buchen. Die Duschtür war etwas klapprig und drohte aus der Schiene zu fallen.
