It consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As it's a ground floor you will have easy access at any time. It has the great benefit of having access to the community swimming pool directly from the terrace. That gives you the opportunity to go in and out at any time. Being south facing it gives you even more sun to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped so if you feel like cooking you will have all your needs met. Enjoy your stay in this fantastic apartment! The Neighborhood: Our apartments and houses are located in the Los Naranjos de Marbella urbanisation, a very popular destination as it is only 1.5 km from Puerto Banus. It´s a beautiful Mediterranean-style complex with apartment buildings no more than two stories high (no elevator). The complex has swimming pools, tropical gardens, enormous palm trees and emits a unique natural setting in Marbella. There are 2 cafes and a supermarket - Mercadona.
