The studio is facing East with great views over the sea, the park, and the mountains. This studio has been recently renovated with modern taste and quality materials. Accommodation comprises: access to the 5th floor by elevator; entrance to the studio; living room with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV with international channels; cozy bedroom with two single beds and windows to the living room; fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.; full bathroom with modern shower with a small step; wonderful furnished terrace with sea views. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C . 🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. We were upgraded to 2 bath apartment tho the main floor bathroom was off limits for maintenance. We had large balcony overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. Nice apartment complex on the boardwalk.
