The apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Located on Block B has three elevators, and access to the apartment is via stairs; once inside, the whole apartment is on the same level, with no stairs. Accommodation comprises spacious living room with a flat-screen TV with international channels, 4-person dining area with sea views, and access to the terrace; fully-equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, hob, dishwasher, etc.; master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe, and north-facing window; second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, and window overlooking the street; and a complete bathroom with shower. The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room. 🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round.
