Wonderful studio located in Block A of the well-known Skol building, with east orientation and great views of the sea and park, ensuring much privacy. On the beachfront in the heart of Marbella, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport stops, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.
The property comprises: access to the studio, open kitchen with everything you need to cook, two dining areas (inside or on the private terrace), two single beds, TV with international channels through the community antenna, built-in wardrobe to store your belongings, and bathroom with shower.

This studio apartment is very well located on the sea front and a short distance from restaurants and supermarkets. The room is adequate for 2 people and very well equipped with a good bathroom. The balcony is overshadowed by the tree outside which also restricts the view. We found the beds to be very (too) soft and had to use the sofa bed which opened into a comfortable king size bed.
