On the beachfront in the heart of Marbella, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport stops, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary. The property comprises: access to the studio, open kitchen with everything you need to cook, two dining areas (inside or on the private terrace), two single beds, TV with international channels through the community antenna, built-in wardrobe to store your belongings, and bathroom with shower. 🌐The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄Private A/C, so you can select the temperature you want. 🏊‍♀️Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round.
