All amenities, beautiful promenade and many restaurants within walking distance. Very spacious apartment surrounded by covered terrace with chill-out area, dinning table and direct access to the communal gardens and swimming pool area. Spacious living room with 3 comfortable sofas, smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The two bedrooms situated in opposite sides of the space which provides a maximum privacy for guests, especially for two couples. Both bedrooms en-suite has bathroom with hydromassage bath tubes and a plenty of wardrobes. The double bed in the second bedroom can be converted into a two single beds if needed. Fully equipped large kitchen with breakfast table and utility room. The residence is peaceful and never crowded, has 2 swimming pools (for adults and kids). 5 mins walk to the beach and wide promenade where you can enjoy relaxing walks towards Puerto Banus.
