Just 500m from a supermarket and restaurant, and 800m from Playa Nueva Andalucia beach, with Puerto Banus and golf courses all within 3km. Features include a lift, fireplace, alarm system, air conditioning throughout and a communal pool. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and juicer, plus washing machine and free WiFi. Open-air parking included.



    - Swimming pool:

    The pool at Royal Gardens is open all year, unless temporarily closed for maintenance or weather conditions.



    Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.

    Smoking is not allowed.

    Pets are not allowed.

    Parties/events are not allowed.

    Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00

    Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



    Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



    Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
