This comfortable apartment is in the prestigious La Dama de Noche, a 10-minute walk from the center of Puerto Banus in Marbella.
It is a modern and comfortable apartment with all amenities to spend a few days holiday in this special area of the Costa del Sol, characterized by its luxury and glamor as well as its intense nightlife. The shops of the most prestigious fashion brands as well as countless restaurants, terraces and beach clubs are within walking distance of the apartment.
The weather in winter is very mild, with 360 days of sunshine a year and outside temperatures of 18 degrees, which makes the terraces are crowded and the outdoor life very lively throughout the year.
Within 3 to 5 km there are several golf courses, the marina of Puerto Banus and the beach are just 900m, the historic center of Marbella is just 9 km away and Malaga airport 65 km.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and terrace. It is tastefully furnished and provided with sheets, towels, kitchen, air conditioning hot and cold, parking and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
La Dama de Noche urbanization has 2 large swimming pools with children's pools, tropical landscaped gardens, paddle tennis courts and restaurant-bar.
The pool has lawns and sunbeds but is open only in summer period from 15 June to 15 September. Rest of the year is closed, for safety reasons.

Apartamento de lujo
Un apartamento tan limpio, que estaba impoluto. Casi he tenido la impresión de que lo estrenaba yo. Todo estaba tal cual aparece en las fotos.
Magníficamente situado junto a Puerto Banús, lo suficientemente cerca como para poder ir dando un paseo y lejos como para no sufrir sus consecuencias y molestias.
La urbanización, tiene un control impresionante de vigilancia, las 24 horas al día, todos los días, lo que proporciona una total y muy agradable sensación de seguridad.
Lo recomiendo efusivamente.
