Our 2 bedroom townhouse apartment in the safe gated community situated on the hill side of Puerto Banus, in the heart of the golf valley. It is within a short proximity to Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha Golf Course. The complex is covered in tropical trees and includes three swimming pools. It bears a classic Mediterranean architecture with whitewashed walls and reddish roof tiles. Backed by mountains and surrounded by 6 golf courses its perfect location is in the middle of Nueva Andalusia, directly connected to A7 toll road (2 km), 9 km from the centre of Marbella, and 5 km to San Pedro de Alcantara.

In the description of the property it says villa, townhouse, bright place. In reality you find a dark, cold ground floor apartment. No single sunbeam comes in the apartment. We were freezing and very frustrated about the place. The hot air-conditioning was not enough to warm up the place. We booked for 22 days but moved to another place after 10 days. If you are looking for a place to sit in the sun, especially in wintertime this is absolutely the worst place you can get.

Very nice villa and house very clean, with an excellent service from the owners of the house. Everything we agreed, have happened exactly as that, and very gentil on the treatment!

Beautiful place and the owner made sure that our stay was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at his place. The apartment is fully equipped for living and has some nice extras, like the fairly large patio for outside dining. It is bright, clean and spacious, even for four people. If you are looking for a tidy place, in a lovely and secure area that has pools, exotic vegetation, endless and inspiring trails, and putting green by the side, don't look further! We really enjoyed spending time there and will come back... The owner is very reliable and friendly. Communication with him was fantastic and his welcome letter contained all the instructions and more, which was very welcome for us newcomers! Thanks again and I will definitely stay there again...
