The complex offers lush mature gardens and a swimming pool area with large pool and separate kids pool. It is located just 400m from the beach and the port of Cabopino where you can gaze at the yachts while enjoying the restaurant and bar facilities. The complex is just 1.5km to the golf course of Cabopino which the complex sits behind. The property has free WI-FI and vented air conditioning hot and cold. This second floor apartment is arranged over one level, with access by lift. The apartment enters into the hallway, with a large well equipped separate kitchen, furnished with a small dining table and chairs. Across the hall from the kitchen is the lounge dining area furnished with a dining table and six chairs. The lounge benefits from a sofa, two armchair and a TV including international channels and Apple TV. The wrap around terrace can be accessed from the lounge area. The front covered part of the terrace benefits from glass windows, offering the option to have the terrace open or closed. There is also a dining table and chairs and small bar/ drinks area. The two large open side terraces benefit from sun loungers, a dining seating area and a gas BBQ. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a hallway also with fitted wardrobes. This bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room and has access onto the covered terrace. To be honest, it was absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean, Great size rooms, exceptional private terraces with sunbeds, fully equipped kitchen with all the glass, crockery etc that you would need. The pool was especially fantastic, beautifully clean, fantastic sunbeds and not used by too many people either. it felt as though it was more residential than holiday.
