The property is located 100 m from La sala from the restaurant, 100 m from Breethe from the restaurant, 500 m from open cor puerto banus supermarket, 700 m from Playa Puerto Banus sand beach, 4 km from Los Naranjos golf course, 5 km from San Pedro city, 10 km from Marbella Center city.

The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a residential complex. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 100 m² terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, gym / fitness centre, alarm, central heating, air-conditioned, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 5 fans, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian). In the induction independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
