The two-bedroom penthouse is located in a residential complex with 24x7 security, large shared pools, a well-equipped gym, two squash courts and an activities area. The highlight of the apartment is its terrace with a private swimming pool. Guests can spend hours in the pool or bask in the sun without anybody disturbing them. There is also alfresco dining. In all, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The bright and beautiful living room of the apartment opens into another terrace that further makes the room feel open and spacious. This room has nice earthy decoration and is furnished with a modern sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table overlooking the terrace. In one corner of this room, there is also a children’s play area. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster and a fridge. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The elegant room has balcony access, a double bed and an en-suite facility.
