The property comprises: access to the first floor by elevator or stairs; enter the apartment to find the modern living-dining room with sofa bed and dining area for two, and Smart TV 48"; open kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you need to cook and feel right at home; access from the dining area to the private terrace with partial sea views, fully furnished to enjoy your meals or simply relax; access from the dining area to the bedroom, with a 180 cm double bed; access from the bedroom to the bathroom with double sink, bidet, WC, and shower. The apartment has everything, there is a little welcome pack for cleaning up. A starter bottle of water in the fridge. It is comfortable inside, beds are good. Tell them if you want them as single or a double. The terrace is very big and has a table for dining ( for 2) plus a large sofa. The balcony looks out to the sea and whist it’s a narrow view is really nice. The orientation and the location of the adjacent building. Means the terrace is always in the shade. Access by a key box at an agents office. The key box is timed to open at 4.00pm.if you arrive earlier in the day you will not be able to get into the apartment until 4\. The apartment was spotless.
