The The villa has 400 m² building with a land/garden of 1300 m² and accommodated for 10 adults. It is within a short walking distance to hotels, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The Villa is air-conditioned. Puerto Banus with its restaurants and nightlife is within 15 minutes walk in one direction and to the pleasant, white washed Andalusian town of San Pedro in another direction. Several golf courses lie minutes away by car. The famous Ocean Club of Puerto Banus is within 10 minutes walk.

Over all a lovely stay

On our arrival to the property we were extremely happy with the location however the property itself was looking a bit run down. We were a bit disappointed that there was no satalelite TV (but the owever kindly fitted something so that we could have Netflix and prime). There was one room which was completely seperate from the rest of the property and this was not stated anywhere in the information and I think it should be. The dishwasher, iron and some of the appliances have seen better days. Our overall stay was very good and the property has lots of space both indoor and outdoor which was really great for the children!
