This bright east-facing apartment enjoys morning sun, and has wonderful views to the sea and the Puerto Deportivo, the Parque de la Constitución, and the mountains guarding Marbella’s back. The popular Skol Building lies 50m from the famous Puerto Deportivo, and is surrounded by fine-dining restaurants, bars, and shops. Accommodation comprises: lift access; on the bottom floor, large living/dining room with full height windows allowing maximum light; doors to the lovely terrace; compact fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, washing machine, etc. bathroom with shower. On the top floor, master bedroom with amazing views; second bedroom with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower over bath. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room. 🏊‍ Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. We would definitely consider going back. However, we would suggest to upgrade the content to accomodate four persons.
