The complex boasts 24-hour security and multiple communal swimming pools surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Within a convenient two-minute walk, residents can access various amenities, including shops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, and other leisure facilities. Casablanca Beach, one of the region's finest, is right on the doorstep. The apartment features an open-plan living and dining area, complemented by French doors that open onto a private terrace enclosed with glass curtains. The well-equipped kitchen is separate and includes all necessary appliances. The master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom and direct access to the sunny terrace.
