The apartment is 2 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes walking to the Old Town. The apartment has two terraces, one of them with south orientation, has views to the tropical garden and pools of the complex. The amazing terrace of the apartment has a dining area as well as a lounge area to relax yourself. \~ Inside The apartment has a spacious and bright living room that features decorative items which make this apartment a very modern, yet a very comfortable and homey. In the living room there is a dining table with seating for 8 people and a sofa area with TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed, with capacity up to 2 people to sleep. Two of the bedrooms of the apartment have direct access to the second terrace, so they are very bright. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nescafe coffee machine and all the kitchen items necessary for a pleasant stay. \~ Outside The apartment features two terraces, one south facing and the other one north facing.
