Hoyo 19 Luxury Apartment, is an apartment that is perfectly located in the new Golden Mile and surrounded by 3 of the most important golf courses on the Costa del Sol. Villa Padierna  
  
The apartment has a master bedroom with full bathroom including Jacuzzi ensuite, another fantastic bedroom with a very modern decoration and a second full bathroom. There is also a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a wine fridge.  
Sea views from the terrace, it has wonderful views.  
The apartment has two parking spot undergroung and the community has an elevator and a community pool open all year round.  
  
There is a minimum age limit of 25 years old.  
  
Please note that in Spain it is mandatory to provide documentation to prove the identity of all guests over 16 years of age in order to comply with article 12 of the Organic Law 1/1992, of February 21, 1992, on the Protection of Citizen Security.
