Magnificent bright family home sits in real beachfront line residential complex of Las Dunas, always in high demand, in Bahía de Marbella, best beach of Marbella. Luxury refurbished in March 2020, the property offers all the modern-day comforts and extras but within an urbanization which is one of the most well known in Marbella. The villa presents, on ground floor: lovely bright, entrance hall; 100 m2 living room with working fireplace and with direct access onto the wonderful porch and interior Japanese garden with indoor heated swimming pool; sitting room also with fireplace and access to the garden and pool area; lovely modern open-concept kitchen and dining area, guest W. C. First floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom offering bath tub as well as walk-in shower with direct sea views; additional 2 en-suite bedrooms, all three upper bedrooms with amazing views to Mediterranean Sea and Africa. Lower floor: 2 wonderful bedrooms with direct walking exit to patio Ingles, large office with lots of space and all the facilities; sauna shower room and surf storage; guest or staff accommodation to include bedroom, bathroom and small lounge; private garage for 3 cars. All upper bedrooms have access to a solarium terrace with incredible direct Mediterranean sea and Africa views. Fully installations are the following: cold and hot air-conditioning, underfloor heating in every room, alarm system, wonderful parquet floor in every room, satellite T. V., high speed Internet access everywhere in the plot. This is a truly gorgeous private home, sitting right in front of the best beach of Marbella, a lovely community with nice gardens and 2 big swimming pools, within a beautifully maintained, gated community with controlled entry, and 24 hours double surveillance team, in one of the best Marbella locations!
