La propiedad está muy cerca de todas las comodidades, a un corto paseo a la playa, y ofrece unas vistas increíbles al mar y la montaña. Situado en un complejo cerrado que incluye seguridad las 24 horas, piscina, zonas verdes y plazas de aparcamiento dentro de la urbanización. El apartamento consta de: 1 dormitorio, 1 baño completo, cocina totalmente equipada, salón-comedor y terraza orientada al sur con vistas frontales al mar. Dispone de plaza fija de garaje subterránea y trastero en el aparcamiento. La unidad fue remozada y re equipada en su totalidad este año contando con todo el amoblamiento nuevo e impecable ( Televisor Samsung 4K UHD de 50 pulgadas, reproductor de Blue Ray, cafetera Nespresso, conexión a Internet 60 megas con wi fi ). #### Definitely would rcommend.

I recently stayed for 9 nights and would highly recommend this apt for a stay in Marbella. It is only a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and then just 15 minutes along the seafront to the centre of Marbella. The apt is right next to a great grocery store with a wonderful bakery. The apt is modern and uncluttered with everything you need. It was very clean and tidy and the view from the balcony was out to the Mediterranean. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance and the main bus into Marbella or Puerto Banus. My only complaint was that I could not get any English speaking stations on the TV ... some written instructions on how to do that plus how to access services such as Netflix would have been nice. I had been told that these services would be available. As it was, I had my Ipad so could access Netflix and English / international news channels. Would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely, safe apt in a great area of Marbella. Cathy from Canada
