Upon entry, a long open hallway leads into the living area. To the right is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, and all necessary appliances. Next is a complete bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom, integrated into the living room and separated by a sleek glass partition, features a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and built-in wardrobe. From the living room, you can access a cozy private terrace—perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The apartment includes centralized air conditioning and heating, fiber internet, crib, and high chair. Located in the upper part of Río Real, one of Marbella’s most exclusive and peaceful areas, this loft offers quick access to golf courses, beaches, and upscale dining. With a communal pool and private parking, it’s an ideal choice for those seeking comfort, privacy, and elegance on the Costa del Sol.
