The Villa is in a quiet street in a green and leafy part of town which is an easy 20 or so minute walk from beach. The immediate neighbourhood of the villa has some charming shops and restaurants. A small supermarket is within easy reach. The Villa is entirely as described. It is clean, modern and everything works, including, importantly, air-conditioning. There is parking (although we did not use it). The host is friendly and welcoming and responds very promptly to any questions. Marbella is a great city for sightseeing in its own right, but also for excursions further afield.
