Lovely, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex apartment located on the 7th floor in Block A of the Edificio Skol in central Marbella. The apartment has excellent West facing sea views to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and Africa. Also garden and pool views.

This lovely apartment has accommodation comprising; Spacious lounge / dining room with flat screen TV, sofa bed and doors to the terrace with exterior table and chairs and sea views. Open-plan fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, electric oven, hob & microwave. There is also a dishwasher. Stairs up to the bedroom with twin beds. Separate fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath. Hot & cold air conditioning throughout and its own wifi.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

Holiday apartment in great location in Marbella

Great location. 3 pools in very well kept garden area just on other side of promenade from beech in Marbella centre. 24 hour reception. Very secure. Walking distance from all the best restaurants and the beautiful Old town of Marbella.

Stayed 6 nights in Oct 2021
