The residence offers 5 outdoor pools (seasonal opening) and kids playground. The sandy beach is clean, family friendly and one of the best in east Marbella (Elviria). The area is very lively within walking distance to various restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Bright luxurious apartment with large sunny terrace and beautiful sea views. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable king size bed, big smart TV and sofa-bed. Fantastic south facing terrace with dining table, sitting area and 2 sunbeds. Great place to relax, enjoy al-fresco dining, sea views and the sunshine all day long! Smart TV (to watch Netflix/Youtube) and AC unit (heat/cold). Fast Wi-Fi, automatic shutters and awning at the terrace. The apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift. Secured outdoor parking just outside of the apartment's block.
