We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005\. This modern and spacious apartment in Marbella offers an ideal space for families or groups of up to 5 people, with 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in an independent living room that guarantees privacy and comfort. Located in a quiet residential complex just 40 meters from Víbora Beach, it includes a parking space in the rate, access to three communal pools and landscaped areas where you can enjoy tranquility without leaving the premises. The accommodation has a bright living-dining room with Smart TV and access to a spacious 30 m² terrace perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite meals. In addition, it has a laundry room and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and juicer for greater comfort. The two bedrooms have double beds, spacious wardrobes, and windows or direct access to the terrace, facilitating the entry of natural light.
