Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room, tastefully decorated and equipped with a sofa, armchairs, Smart TV, and a coffee table — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or golf course. From the living area, you can access the private south-facing terrace, featuring beautiful views of the golf course and a comfortable outdoor seating area, ideal for enjoying the Costa del Sol’s sunshine throughout the year. The kitchen is modern, spacious, and fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances for a comfortable and convenient stay. Next to the living room and kitchen is a hallway that leads to the sleeping area.
