Set within the exclusive beachfront community of Marbellamar, it overlooks golden sands and the sparkling Mediterranean, in one of the most prestigious locations in all of Europe — the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy long, sun-drenched days by the sea. Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Penati is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas. Just 100 metres from the beautiful Casablanca Beach and surrounded by celebrity hotspots and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, Casa Penati offers direct access to the Paseo Marítimo (beachfront promenade).
