Sunny and comfortable townhouse (70m2) located in quiet urbanisation in the 4 star VIME Reserva de Marbella apart hotel and you have free access to all hotel’s facilities on-site, such as 2 wonderful outdoor pools surrounded by gardens with sun beds, as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna and a fitness room. There is also lovely bar/restaurant on-site that serves delicious meals and drinks all day long.



The house is sunny and comfortable and consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces that allows you to catch the sun all day long.



LAYOUT:



GROUND FLOOR: consist of living room with access to the main terrace facing south-west, open plan kitchen, small bedroom with double bed 1.35x1.80 and a shower room. From the kitchen side you have access to another small terrace for morning sun.



UPSTAIRS: main bedroom with king size bed 1.50x1.90, shower room and access to sunny terrace where you can sunbathe all day long.



Other features include air conditioning in all three rooms, fast WiFi. Parking on the street, just outside of the house.
