The apartment is south facing and is located on the 8º floor of the Imperator Complex, one of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella, located in the plenty center of Marbella and less than 10 minutes walk from the old town. This modern air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace with dining area. \~ Inside The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with direct access to the terrace and sea views. In the living room there are two separate areas, the lounge area where the sofa and TV are located; and on the other side the dining area. The bright master bedroom has a large south facing window with sea views. The apartment has a bathroom with rain effect shower.
