CASA ARLANYMOR is 150m From Bonos Beach and Arenal Beach Restaurants! Sleeps 6\. This townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is built over four levels is located within a popular seafront development with direct access to the beach and next door to Bonos Beach Restaurant. Great for family holidays. The ground level consists of an open-plan living area featuring a wood-burning fireplace, adjacent to a fully-equipped kitchen and separate guest toilet. This leads through patio doors to a bright private terrace/garden surrounded by tropical communal gardens, kiddies playpark and swimming pool. Direct access to the beach from the resort. Free WIFI.  
  
On the 1st floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and terrace. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms both with balconies, both bedrooms leading to a separate bathroom/shower-room. Bedroom 2 has twin-beds. Bedroom 3 has twin-beds. On the top floor there is a private rooftop solarium/terrace with seaviews. Private parking for 2 cars in the garage below the house.  
  
A dream location for all of the family with easy access to the commercial centres of Marbella and Puerto Banus and moments from Santa Clara & Rio Real golf resorts.  
  
Nearby you will find some of the best beach bars and restaurants like Restaurante El Arenal, Hippo Beach for cool drinks and wonderful sunsets, followed by trendy Bono’s Beach with its hip decor or head for the newly-opened South Beach for romantic cocktails at sunset. Further along the beach you can choose between The Beach House known for its fine dining and live music, or the outrageous champagne parties at the chic Nikki Beach.
