The flat has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with twin beds), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster...), a dining room, a living room with sofa bed and a nice terrace overlooking the pool.

In the urbanisation there is 24 hours security, 8 swimming pools and tropical gardens. You have access to everything.

Ideal for a family!

5 minutes drive to the beach and the centre of Elviria, 10 minutes to Marbella centre, 20 minutes to Puerto Banus and less than 45 minutes to Malaga airport.

In Elviria you will find several golf courses, supermarkets and restaurants as well as the best beaches of the Costa del Sol.
