### Beachfront, central.

Bonito apartamento céntrico y en primera línea de playa, muy cerca del Palacio de Congresos. Tranquilo y con todos los servicios cerca, al lado del puerto deportivo, paseo marítimo, parque infantil, zonas de compras, supermercados, restaurantes, chiringuitos y locales de música. Ideal para ir caminando al casco antiguo.  
  
La ubicación es privilegiada, en primera línea de playa y orientada totalmente al sur. No necesita aire acondicionado y en invierno dispone de calefacción central. El apartamento cuenta con wifi privado de alta velocidad.  
  
Dispone de todos los servicios y aparcamiento comunitario. La piscina está disponible en verano, del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre, con socorrista. Se recomienda consultar antes de la llegada, ya que puede haber cambios. Hay una zona verde con césped ideal para tomar el sol.  
  
El apartamento ofrece vistas al mar en primera línea. El paseo peatonal cercano es tranquilo, aunque ocasionalmente puede haber música en los restaurantes de la playa. Es sencillo vivir sin coche, ya que se pueden practicar deportes como golf, tenis, pádel, gimnasio y deportes acuáticos a distancias muy cortas. Hay paradas de autobús muy cercanas.  
  
Está situado junto a la playa, cerca del casco antiguo, zonas de restaurantes, tiendas y bares, en una zona tranquila, solo con el sonido de las olas y, a veces, música en vivo en los restaurantes de la playa que termina a las 12\. Ocasionalmente puede llegar olor a comida, dependiendo del viento. Bien comunicado para practicar golf y otros deportes, cerca de parque infantil y puerto deportivo.  
  
El apartamento está completamente equipado con toallas, sábanas, menaje, pequeños electrodomésticos y lavadora. Para disfrutar de una estancia junto al mar y dormir escuchando las olas.
