This apartment is located in the secure gated complex of La Rada and overlooks the communal pool and garden. There is free WIFI, 55" Smart TV, secure parking and hot and cold vented aircon throughout. There is a large entrance hall to this property and to your right you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs and a utility room. Along the hallway is a spacious lounge & dining area with a dining table and six dining chairs, two large sofas a coffee table and a TV. Leading off the lounge is the master bedroom furnished with a king sized bed and dressing area with fitted wardrobes. This room benefits from a large en-suite bathroom with a double sink unit, a bath and separate walk in shower. There is also access to the terrace from this room. The second guest room has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and benefits from an en suite bathroom with a bath along with a shower attachment. This room also has access to the terrace. This apartment is huge with stunning views of the sea and the pool. It was well equipped and very spacious. The pool always had plenty of sun beds and was well maintained. The best bit is the location. On top of the beach, half hour walk on the promenade to Puerto Banus and a 15 min walk into San Pedro town.
