Located on the first floor of the Las Terrazas de Marbella building, it offers two bedrooms, a living-dining room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace and **private parking**. In addition, the accommodation **has Wi-Fi** and **air conditioning**, while the urbanization has a communal pool that is open in July and August. (01/07/2026 - 31/08/2026).
