Located on the first floor of the Las Terrazas de Marbella building, it offers two bedrooms, a living-dining room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace and **private parking**. In addition, the accommodation **has Wi-Fi** and **air conditioning**, while the urbanization has a communal pool that is open in July and August. Swimming pool available in season (01/07/2024 - 31/08/2024). In the vicinity of the apartment you will find a Mercadona supermarket, bars, restaurants, stores, pharmacy, as well as cab and bus stops.
