Our spacious, freshly renovated apartment is perfect for a peaceful family vacation surrounded by nature. \- Full kitchen for preparing delicious meals. \- Two bedrooms - one with a Queen-size bed (180cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm). \- Two bathrooms - one en-suite, the other separate. \- Accommodates up to 5 people with a wide living room sofa (5th person upon agreement with an extra fee). \- Enjoy morning coffee on your balcony with a sparkling pool view and the greenery of the surrounding forest. \- Wifi, TV, AC, washing machine, dishwasher. \- Relax in the complex's two pools. \- Parking space within the complex. As a corner apartment on the top floor, it offers tranquility and privacy, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Only a 10-minute drive to famous Puerto Banus, known for its glamorous atmosphere, delicious restaurants, luxury yachts, and exclusive shops. For golf enthusiasts, our location is a dream come true, with Las Brisas golf course within walking distance, and other renowned courses like Los Naranjos and Aloha Golf just a short drive away. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. 2\. No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed on the premises. 3\. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is 5\. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. Extra fee will be applied for more guests than 4\. 4\. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00\. Late check-in or early check-out between 22:00 and 09:00 is possible for an additional fee, but it must be agreed upon with the host in advance. 5\. Auch gab es einen guten, modernen Fernseher. Für 3 Wochen gab es ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum Wechseln. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die auf der Buchungsseite angepriesene Komplettrenovierung bezieht sich leider nur auf den Anstrich der Wände und den aufgearbeiteten Fußboden. Alles Andere - besonders Küche und Bäder - waren uralt und recht marode; die Ausstattung in der Küche sehr dürftig. Die WC- Spülung tat es nur ab und zu. Das Ofenblech und das Ceranfeld waren völlig verdreckt und auch in den Toiletten war der Urinstein der letzten 30 Jahre zu finden. Hinzu kam dass es aufgrund eines Rohrbruchs im Außengelände einen Tag nur wenig Wasserdruck gab; während der Reparatur hatten wir einen ganzen Tag lang kein fließend Wasser. Die Vermieterin wusste das; ist aber nicht auf die Idee gekommen uns mit ein paar Galonen Wasser zu versorgen; so haben wir die Badewanne gefüllt um zumindest Wasser für die Toilette zu haben. Insgesamt war alles nur oberflächlich geputzt; die Fenster und Rahmen waren bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig. Wir haben bei der Vermieterin einige sehr unsaubere Dinge reklamiert; sie hat zwar ihre Hilfe angeboten und uns zumindest einen Staubsauger organisiert.
